| You will need is a receiver that covers the SSTV
frequencies in the amateur
bands, a computer connected to the internet, SSTV software for receiving the
pictures and the following software for uploading the images to your
web page. Download KE5RS FTP Widget software to automatically upload (or ftp) images from your computer to a
remote server or host after they are saved from your SSTV software. You can also steal the HTML code from this
single image SSTV page or more a more advanced
3 image SSTV page
both with time stamp. Both pages refresh every 90 seconds.
If a new
image is uploaded to the server, it will display the new image.
Here is an example how to set up FTP Widget and MMSSTV on your
computer.
Create a new folder on your hard drive “c:\sstvpics” and in the FTP
Widget properties dialog box towards the right side “Local Drive and
Directory Path” point to this new folder “C:\sstvpics”
Within MMSSTV on the history tab, right click on the image and select
“Auto copy to another folder” and “Assign another folder name” and enter
“c\sstvpics”
FTP Widget should find SSTV images from MMSSTV in this new folder
and upload them to your website.

Please Note: The FTP Widget program may not
work correctly for you if your posting to a NT server. If you are posting (uploading) your images
to a web service provider who uses NT server, you may encounter uploading
errors. FTP Widget will get errors when trying to upload images. The FTP Widget works fine on Unix
and Linux servers.
